1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.0 Approval of Agenda
Moved by Councillor Strowbridge, seconded by Councillor Norton:
RESOLVED that the agenda be approved with items 1.1 Performance Dashboard; 1.2
Nominating Committee Appointments; and 1.3 Offer to Purchase Synagogue and Peel Plaza
Project House, being discussed in regular session in the Council Chamber.
MOTION CARRIED.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Councillor MacKenzie, seconded by Councillor Armstrong:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following matters: 1.4 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); and 1.5 Employment Matter 10.2(4)(j).
MOTION CARRIED.

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on May 29, 2017 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the
Committee's discussion of the following matters: 1.4 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); and 1.5
