Minutes of the Portion of the Committee of the Whole Meeting Open to the Public

1. Meeting Called To Order
The Deputy Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
Mr. Totten distributed the following items to be added to the regular session of Council
later this evening: 5.4 - revised letter from Councillor Chang, 6.14 - appointment to
Board of Arbitration re I.A.F.F. Local 711, 8.6 - proposed Municipal Plan Amendment-
221-225 Chesley Place, and 9.3 - appointment of Canadian Corps of Commissionaires.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matter
On motion of Councillor Ferguson
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matters: Legal Proceedings 10.2(4)(g),
Personnel Matter - grievance 10.2(4)0), Personnel Matter - FD2004-3 10.2(4)0),
Nominating Committee 10.2(4)0), and Personnel Matter 10.2(4)0).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on July 4, 2005
was closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the
Committee's discussion of the following matters: Legal Proceedings 10.2(4)(g),
Personnel Matter - grievance 10.2(4)0), Personnel Matter - FD2004-3 10.2(4)0),
Nominating Committee 10.2(4)0), and Personnel Matter 10.2(4)0).
