1. MeetinQ Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Deputy Mayor Hooton
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b);
Lease Negotiations 10.2(4)(c); Sale of Land 10.2(4)(d); Staffing Issue 10.2(4)0); Various
claims by and against the City 10.2(4)(f,g); Legal Session - Pension Matters
10.2(4)(f,g,j).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
