1. MeetinQ Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Tait
Seconded by Councillor Court
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): Labour Negotiations 10.2(4)0);
Property Negotiations 10.2(4)(c); Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b); Access to
Independent, Disinterested and Expert Advice 10.2(4)(f), and Personnel Matter
10.2(4)0).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on April 11, 2005
was closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the
Committee's discussion of the following matter(s): Labour Negotiations 10.2(4)0) and
Property Negotiations 10.2(4)(c) with the items: Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b);
Access to Independent, Disinterested and Expert Advice 10.2(4)(f), and Personnel
Matter 10.2(4)0) referred to a meeting to be held later this evening following regular
Council meeting or on Monday, April 18, 2005 at 5:00 p.m.
