1. MeetinQ Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Portfolio Responsibilities (Councillor Titus, Referred Feb 28, 2005)
The Committee decided to skip item 2 and deal with the other items on the agenda.
3. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor White
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following matter(s): City Hall Lease Negotiations 10.2(4)(c); Lease
Negotiations - Letter of Interest 10.2(4)(c); Labour Relations 10.2(4)0) (Referred March
14,2005); Personal Information 10.2(4)(b) (Referred March 14, 2005), and Issuance of
Pension Obligation Bonds 10.2(4)(f).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
