1. MeetinQ Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Farren
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b);
Municipal Authority By-law Enactment & Enforcement 10.2(4)(f,g); Retrospective By-law
Operation 10.2(4)(f,g); Management Salaries 10.2(4)0); and Property & Labour
Negotiations 10.2(4)(d,j).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

2005 was closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act
