Finance and Corporate Services; P. Woods, Common Clerk and Deputy City
Manager; and J. Ferrar, Administrative Assistant.
1. MeetinQ Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Fitzpatrick
Seconded by Councillor Ball
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matter: Legal Session - Wild Life Sanctuary
10.2(4)(f).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
