1. MeetinQ Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Trites
Seconded by Deputy Mayor White
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matters: Legal Session - Potential Litigation
10.2(4)(g).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
