Minutes of the Portion of the Committee of the Whole Meeting Open to the Public

Present:
Mayor McAlary,
Deputy Mayor White, Councillors Ball, Chase, Court, Fitzgerald, Fitzpatrick,
Teed, Titus, and Trites,

Woods, Common Clerk and Deputy City Manager, and E. Gormley, Assistant
Common Clerk.
1. Meetino Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Deputy Mayor White
Seconded by Councillor Fitzgerald
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matters: Property Negotiations 10.2(4)(d);
Property Acquisition 10.2(4)(d) (Referred Feb. 2, 2004); Legal Session - Potential
Litigation 10.2(4)(g); Property Acquisition - Community Centre 10.2(4)(d); and Financial
Negotiations 10.2(4)(c).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on February 9,
2004 was closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act
during the Committee's discussion of the following matter(s): Property Negotiations
10.2(4)(d); Property Acquisition 10.2(4)(d) (Referred Feb. 2, 2004); Legal Session -
Potential Litigation 10.2(4)(g); Property Acquisition - Community Centre 10.2(4)(d); and
