1. MeetinQ Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Desmond
Seconded by Councillor Titus
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matters: Property Acquisition 10.2(4)(c);
Potential Litigation 10.2(4)(g); Legal Session - Property Acquisition 10.2(4)(d);, and
Legal Session - Labour and Employment Board Decision - Judicial Review 10.2(4)(f).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

2004 was closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act
