1. MeetinQ Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Trites
Seconded by Councillor Ball
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the
meeting for the duration of the discussion on the following matters which fall within the
noted sections of the Municipalities Act: Land Issue - 330 Charlotte Street 10.2(4)(d);
Property Acquisition 10.2(4)(d); Property Issue 10.2(4)(d); Property Development Issue
10.2(4)(d); and Legal Opinion - 186 Charlotte Street.
The Mayor noted that if any members of the public were present, they would be required
to leave with the adoption of the above motion.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
The meeting adjourned.
