1. MeetinQ Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion Of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Fitzgerald
Seconded by Councillor Ball
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the
meeting for the duration of the discussion on the following matters which fall within the
noted sections of the Municipalities Act: Land Acquisition, 10.2(4)(d), Tender Contract
2003-14 Sandy Point Road, 10.2(4)(c)(f), Tender Contract 2003-1515 Kierstead Road-
Michael Crescent, 10.2(4)(c)(f), Status of Meadowland Litigation, 10.2(4)(f)(g), and
Negotiation for Funding Agreement, 10.2(4)(c).
The Mayor noted that if any members of the public were present, they would be required
to leave with the adoption of the above motion.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
The meeting adjourned.
