Minutes of the portion of the Committee of the Whole meeting open to the public,
Monday, May 26,2003,5:00 o'clock p.m.,
8th Floor Boardroom, City Hall.

Deputy Mayor White and Councillors Ball, Chase, Court, Desmond, Fitzgerald,
Fitzpatrick, Teed, Titus and Trites

Messrs. 1. Totten, City Manager; J. Nugent, City Solicitor; A. Beckett,
Commissioner of Finance and Commissioner of Corporate Services; and Ms. C.
Mosher, Assistant Common Clerk.
Mr. J. Baird, Commissioner of Planning and Development, was also present at the
meeting.
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
On motion of Councillor Fitzpatrick
Seconded by Councillor Fitzgerald
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the
Committee's discussion of item 2, which is a proposed land acquisition matter falling
within Section 10.2(4)(d) of the Municipalities Act.
The Mayor noted that, if any members of the public were present, they would be
required to leave with the adoption of the above motion.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
The meeting adjourned.

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on May 26, 2003
was closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the
Committee's discussion of the following matter: land acquisition - 10.2(4)(d).
