Amending Schedule "A', the Zoning Map of The
City of Saint John, by rezoning a parcel of land
having an area of approximately 1039 square
metres, located at 33 Birch Grove Terrace, also
identified as PID 55230767, from One -Unit
Residential (R1) to Low -Rise Residential (RL)
pursuant to a resolution adopted by Common
Council under Section 59 of the Community
Planning Act.
