Amending Schedule "A", the Zoning Map of The City of Saint John, by rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 0.25 hectares, located at 1461 Manawagonish Road, also identified as PID 00397539, from Commercial Corridor (CC) to Mid -Rise Residential (RM) pursuant to a resolution adopted by Common Council under Section 59 of the Community Planning Act. - all as shown on the plan attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.
