SUBJECT:Land Assembly for Provincial Project
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE REPORT FOR OPEN
SESSION OF COUNCIL
The City is working with the Province on a project that requires land assembly.
Financial Contribution Agreement to support the project.
COUNCIL RESOLUTION
That the City enter into a revisedFinancial Contribution Agreement in the form
presented to Committee of the Whole at its meeting held December 6, 2022, and
that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the said Financial Contribution
Agreement and any other documents ancillary thereto.
