Amending Schedule "A", the Zoning Map of the The City of saint John, by rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 488 m2, located at 35 Margaret Street, also identified as portions of PID Number 00316950, from Two -Unit Residential (132) to Low -Rise Residential (RL) pursuant to a resolution adopted by Common Council under Section 59 of the Community Planning Act. all as shown on the plan attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.
