1. Call to Order
2. Course Training Session for Elected Officials
The City Clerk advised there is a line item in the Council budget for Council Members training.
The September 21- 23 session is fully booked. The "fioh" group will be providing the course again
and are willing to provide a training session to Council Members.
Moved by Councillor Harris, seconded by Councillor Lowe:
RESOLVED that Committee recommend that Common Council approve Council Members
registration in the "fioh" Innovating Strategies for Elected officials course at $299.99 CAD plus
tax per participant for Members wanting to participate.

RESOLVED that the Committee of the Whole open session meeting be adjourned.
