Amending Schedule "A", the Zoning Map of The City of Saint John, by rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 7881 square metres, located at 300 Sydney Street, also identified as being PID No. 00000034, from Major Community Facility (CFM) to High -Rise Residential (RH) as illustrated below; and 2. Amending Schedule "G", the Zoning By-law of The City of Saint John, by increasing the maximum building height of PID No. 00000034 from 14 metres to approximately 39.3 metres pursuant to a resolution adopted by Common Council under Section 59 of the Community Planning Act.
