That I am the City Clerk of the said City of Saint John,15 Market Square, P.O. Box 1971, Saint John, N.B. E2L 4L1 and as such have the custody of the minutes and records of the Common Council of the said City of Saint John and of the Common Seal of the said City. 2. Amending Schedule "A", the Zoning Map of The City of Saint John, by rezoning a parcel of land having an area of approximately 0.16 hectares, located at 54 Broad Street, also identified as PID 00000372; 00000232 and 55086151 from Neighbourhood Community Facility (CFN) to Urban Centre Residential (RC) pursuant to a resolution adopted by Common Council under Section 59 of the Community Planning Act. all as shown on the plan attached hereto and forming part of this by-law.
