Be it enacted by the Common Council of Lors d'une reunion du conseil municipal,
The City of Saint John as follows: The City of Saint John a decret6 ce qui suit :
A By-law of The City of Saint John
entitled "A By-law Respecting Water and
Sewerage", enacted on the 7"' day of June, A.D.
2004, is hereby amended as follows, effective
January 1', 2021:
Par les pr6sentes, 1'arrdte de The City of
Saint John intitul6 « Arrete concernant les reseaux
d'eau et d'egouts », decrete le 7 juin 2004, est
modifie comme suit, les modifications entrant en
vigueur le 1" janvier 2021 :
1. Subsection 2(3) is repealed and replaced with the 2. Le paragraphe 2(3) est abrogd et remplace par

"2(3) No permit shall be issued under this
section until a fee of $150.00 is paid for the
inspection of the installation of services or
laterals, which must be carried out to the
satisfaction of the Commissioner. It shall
be necessary for a permit to be issued and
the corresponding fee paid on a per
property basis."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of Saint John
has caused the Corporate Common Seal of the said
City to be affixed to this by-law the 14'h dakof
