IN THE CITY OF SAINT JOHN

L'ARRETE RELATIF A LA PLOMBERIE
DANS THE CITY OF SAINT JOHN
Be it enacted by the Common Council of Lors d'une reunion du conseil municipal,
The City of Saint John as follows: The City of Saint John a decrete ce qui suit:
A By-law of The City of Saint John
entitled "A By-law respecting Plumbing in the City
of Saint John", enacted on the 5t" day of August,
A.D. 2014, is hereby amended as follows, effective
January 1', 2021:
1 Paragraph 5(2)(e) is repealed and replaced
with the following:
"5(2)(e) Subject to section 5.1, a permit fee
of seventy ($70) dollars plus a plumbing
fixture fee of twenty-two ($22) dollars for
each plumbing fixture to be installed;"
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the City of Saint John
has caused the Corporate Common Seal of the said
City to be affixed to this by-law the 14th day of
December, A.D. 2020 signed by : �
Par les presentes, Farrete de The City of
Saint John intitule « Arrete relatif a la plomberie
dans The City of Saint John », decrete le 5 aout
2014, est modifie comme suit, les modifications
entrant en vigueur le I" janvier 2021 :
1 Le paragraphe 5(2)(e) est abroge et
remplace par ce qui suit:
o 5(2)(e) Sous reserve de Particle 5.1, des
frais de permis de soixante-dix (70$)
dollars plus un droit associe aux appareils
sanitaires de vingt-deux (22$) dollars par
appareil sanitaire qui sera installe;
