A BY-LAW TO AMEND A BY-LAW
RESPECTING WATER AND SEWERAGE
Be it enacted by the Common Council of
the City of Saint John as follows:
A by-law of the City of Saint John entitled
"A By-law Respecting Water and Sewerage"
enacted on the 70' day of June, A.D. 2004, is hereby
amended as follows:

modifi6 comme suit::
1 Schedules "A" and "B" are repealed and 1 Les annexes <A» et «B» sont abrog6es et
the following are substituted: sont remplacdes par celles qui figurent aux
prdsentes.
