A LAW TO AMEND
THE BY-LAW TO REGULATE AND
LICENSE MOBILE ROME PARKS IN
THE CITY OF SAINT JOHN
Be it enacted by The City of Saint
John in Common Council convened, as
follows:
The By -Law to Regulate and
License Mobile Home Parks in The City of
Saint John enacted on the eighteenth day of
May, A.D. 2005, is amended by:
1. Repealing Section 27
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of
Saint John has caused the Corporate
Common Seal of the said City to be affixed
to this by-law the 31st day of October,
A.D. 2016 and signed by:
