1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Deputy Mayor McAlary, seconded by Councillor Reardon:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following Matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Employment Matter 10.2(4)(b,j); 1.3
Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c,e); 1.4 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.5 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); and 1.6
Contract Matter 10.2(4)(c).
MOTION CARRIED.

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on September 6, 2016
was closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the
