1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
Councillor Norton questioned whether it is appropriate to move item 1.4 Financial Matter
10.2(4)(c) Review of Salaries and Benefits for Elected Officials to Open Session.
Moved by Deputy Mayor McAlary, seconded by Councillor Lowe:
RESOLVED that item 1.4. Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c) Review of Salaries and Benefits for Elected
Officials be removed from Committee of the Whole Closed Session and added to the agenda for
Common Council Regular Session Open to the Public.
MOTION CARRIED.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Deputy Mayor McAlary, seconded by Councillor Reardon:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following Matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.3 Land
Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.5 Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b); 1.6 Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b);
1.7 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.8 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b); 1.9 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f); 1.10
Employment Matter 10.2(4)(j).
