1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Deputy Mayor McAlary, seconded by Councillor Councillor MacKenzie:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 68(1); 1.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c,j); 1.3 Land
Matter 68(1)(d); and 1.4 Financial Matter 68(1)(c).
MOTION CARRIED.
