The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Deputy Mayor McAlary, seconded by Councillor Hickey:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 68(1); 1.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 1.3 Legal
Matter 68(1)(c,f); 1.4 Legal Matter 68(1)(b,f,g,j) and 1.5 Sustainability Work-plan and March
