The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Councillor Mackenzie, seconded by Deputy Mayor McAlary:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 68(1); 1.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 1.3 Legal
Matter 68(1)(c,f); 1.4 Employment Matter 68(1)(j); 1.5 Nominating Committee 68(1)(b); 1.6
Employment Matter 68(1)(j); 1.7 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 1.8 Employment Matter 68(1)(j); and
1.9 Financial Matter 68(1)(c).
