zoning a parcel of land having an area of
approximately 70 hectares, located at 170
Ashburn Lake Road, also identified as PID
numbers 00305128, 00298422, 00297333
and 00298182, from Rural (RU), Future
Development (FD), Medium Industrial
(IM) and Heavy Industrial (III) to Pit and
Quarry (PQ) and Heavy Industrial ("
pursuant to a resolution adopted by
Common Council under Section 39 of the
Community Planning Act.
- all as shown on the plan attached hereto
and forming part of this by -law. ,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of
Saint John has caused the Corporate
Common Seal of the said City to be affixed
to this by -law the 22 °a day of June, A.D.
2015 and signed by:
