1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Deputy Mayor McAlary, seconded by Councillor Lowe:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following Matters: 1.1 Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.3 Legal Matter
10.2(4)(f,g); and 1.4 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f,g).
Record Pursuant to Section 10.2(4)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on June 27, 2016 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the
Committee's discussion of the following matters: 1.1 Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Land Matter
10.2(4)(d); 1.3 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f,g); and 1.4 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f,g).
