Be it enacted by The City of Saint
John in Common Council convened, as
follows:
The Zoning By-law of The City of
Saint John enacted on the fifteenth day of
December, A.D. 2014, is amended by:
I Amending Schedule A, the Zoning

a parcel of land having an area of
approximately 4 hectares, located at 453
Boars Head Road and 573 Woodward
Avenue also identified as PID Nos.
55219836 and 55220701 from One -Unit
Residential (RI) to Low -Rise Residential
(RL) and Mid -Rise Residential (RM)
under Section 59 of the Community
Planning Act.
- all as shown on the plan attached hereto
and forming part of this by-law.
