December, A.D. 2014, is hereby amended
as follows:
1. Section 3.1 is amended by deleting
the definitions for "agricultural use",

industrial use", "regional commercial
centre", "research and development
facility", "retail convenience", "retail
general", "retail warehouse" and "special
industrial use" and replacing them with the
