The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.

RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following Matters: 1.1 Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Cities of New Brunswick Executive
Members Update; 1.3 Potential Litigation 10.2(4)(g); 1.4 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(b,f,g); 1.5 Legal
Matter 10.2(4)(f,g); 1.6 Employment Matter10.2(4)(b,j); 1.7 Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b);
and 1.8 Contract Matter 10.2(4)(c).
