The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following Matters: 1.1 Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.3 FCM
Update (Councillor McAlary); 1.4 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.5 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c) and
1.6 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f).
