Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Deputy Mayor Rinehart
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Employment
Matter 10.2(4)0); 1.3 Employment Matter 10.2(4)0); 1.4 Employment Matter 10.2(4)0); 1.5
Negotiations 10.2(4)(c); 1.6 Cities of New Brunswick Report from January 15, 2016 (Councillor
McAlary) and 1.7 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d).

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on January 25, 2016 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the Committee's
