Map of The City of Saint John, by re-
zoning a parcel of land having an area of
approximately 4600 square metres, located
at 28 Richmond Street and 91 -101 Prince
Edward Street, also identified as PID
numbers 00012799, 00012435, 00012443,
00012807 and 00012427, from Mixed
Commercial (CM) to General Commercial
(CG) pursuant to a resolution adopted by
Common Council under Section 39 of the
Community Planning Act.
- all as shown on the plan attached hereto
and forming part of this by -law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of
Saint John has caused the Corporate
Common Seal of the said City to be affixed
to this by -law the 23`' day of November,
