The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session meeting to order.

Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4)(a); 1.2 Reversing
Falls Bridge Update; 1.3 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.4 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.5 Legal
