1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Deputy Mayor Rinehart
Seconded by Councillor McAlary
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Nominating
Committee 10.2(4)(b); 1.3 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(d,f,g); 1.4 NB Museum Facilities 2015
Presentation; 1.5 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.6 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.7 Financial
Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.8 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.9 Common Council and Annual General
