1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Deputy Mayor Rinehart
Seconded by Councillor McAlary
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2
Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
1.3 Legal Advice 10.2(4)(f)
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor Reardon
RESOLVED that item 1.3 Legal Advice 10.2(4)(f) be added to the
agenda.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
Record Pursuant to Section 10.2(4)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on January 5, 2015 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the Committee's
discussion of the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Nominating Committee
10.2(4)(b); 1.3 Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f).
The Committee of the Whole Open Session meeting of January 5, 2015 was adjourned at 5:30
