1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Deputy Mayor Rinehart
Seconded by Councillor Lowe
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2
Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.3 Media Reporting of Disposal of Waste Water from Fracking
(Councillor Fullerton); 1.4 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
Record Pursuant to Section 10.2(4)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on December 1, 2014 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the Committee's
discussion of the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Financial Matter
10.2(4)(c); 1.3 Media Reporting of Disposal of Waste Water from Fracking (Councillor Fullerton);
1.4 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c).
The Committee of the Whole Open Session meeting of December 1, 2014 was adjourned at
4:35 p.m.
