The Committee of the Whole meeting, convened in Open Session to proceeded to deal with the
following matter: 1.1 Non Profit Housing Resolution; 1.2 LTD Letter of Agreement.
1. Open Session Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session meeting to order.
1.1 Non Profit Housing Resolution of October 2014
On motion of Deputy Mayor Rinehart
Seconded by Councillor Merrithew
RESOLVED that the matter, Non Profit Housing Resolution of
October 2014 be added to the Agenda.
Question being taken, the motion was carried unanimously.
On Motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor Merrithew
RESOLVED that the following resolution concerning Non Profit

Housing made in Closed Session on October 27, 2014 be rescinded: “ RESOLVED that Saint
John Non-Profit Housing be asked to appear at the next Committee of the Whole closed session
meeting to provide an update on the properties they have expressed an interest in acquiring.”
Question being taken, the motion was carried, with Councillor Reardon voting nay.
1.2 LTD Letter of Agreement
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Deputy Mayor Rinehart

RESOLVED that the LTD Letter of Agreement be added to the
Agenda.
Question being taken, the motion was carried unanimously.
Reconvene in Closed Session
On motion of Deputy Mayor Rinehart
Seconded by Councillor McAlary
RESOLVED that the Committee of the Whole Open Session meeting of
November 13, 2014 reconvene in Closed Session.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
Record Pursuant to Section 10.2(4)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on November 10, 2014
was closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the
Committee's discussion of the following matters: 1.1 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.2 Financial
Matter 10.2(4)(c).
The Committee of the Whole Open Session meeting of November 13, 2014 was adjourned at
5:10 p.m.
