The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters

Seconded by Councillor Reardon
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.1.3 Approval of Agenda
10.2(4); 1.2 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.3 Legal Advice 10.2(4)(f); 1.4 Personal Information
10.2(4)(b); 1.5 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.6 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(b,f,g); 1.7 Financial Matter
10.2(4)(c), 1.8 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
