The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Farren
Seconded by Councillor McAlary
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.2 Verbal Update on
Trade and Convention Centre (Councillor Merrithew); 1.3 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d) 1.4
Employment Matter 10.2(4)(j); 1.5 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c);1.6 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c)
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
