1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Nominating
Committee 10.2(4)(b); 1.3 Presentation – Fort La Tour (Mayor Norton); 1.4 Land Matter
10.2(4)(d); 1.5 Verbal Update on Larche Memorial Park (Councillor Norton); 1.6 Financial Matter
10.2(4)(c) Scheduling Fire Service presentation for Budget recommendations.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on August 18, 2014 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the Committee's
