The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.

RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the
discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Financial Matter
10.2(4)(c); 1.3 Labour and Employment Matter 10.2(4)(j); 1.4 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b); 1.5
Labour and Employment Matter 10.2(4)(j); 1.6 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.7 Land Matter
10.2(4)(d); 1.8 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.9 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.10 Personal Matter
10.2(4)(b); and 1.11 Discussion related to Saint John Energy.
