1. Meeting Called To Order
The Deputy Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Electronic Events Calendar Demonstration
Pam Jackson, Informations Systems Services gave Council a demonstation of the electronic
council events tracking calendar.
Pam Jackson withdrew from the meeting.
3. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor Lowe
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes April 7, 2014; 1.2 Approval
of Minutes April 14, 2014; 1.3 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.3 Financial Matter 10.2(c,e); 1.5
Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b)
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
Record Pursuant to Section 10.2(4)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on April 28th, 2014 having
convened in open session to have Information Systems Services demonstrate a calendar
system to track council events was then closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the
Municipalities Act during the Committee's discussion of the following matters: 1.1 Approval of
Minutes April 7, 2014; 1.2 Approval of Minutes April 14, 2014; 1.3 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.3
Financial Matter 10.2(c,e); 1.5 Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b)
