The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor MacKenzie
Seconded by Councillor McAlary
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1. Approval of Minutes, 1.2 Approval of
Minutes, 1.3 Financial Metter 10.2(4)(c), 1.4 Labour Matter 10.2(4)0), 1.5 Personal Matter
10.2(4)(b), 1.6 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.7 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.8 Financial Matter
