1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor Merrithew
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4) - Minutes of
December 23, 2013; 1.2 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b) - Nominating Committee to Make
Recommendations on Committees; 1.3 City Market Water Damage
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
Record Pursuant to Section 10.2(4)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on January 6, 2014 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the Committee's
discussion of the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4) - Minutes of December 23,
2013; 1.2 Personal Matter 10.2(4)(b) - Nominating Committee to Make Recommendations on
Committees; 1.3 City Market Water Damage.

Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the Committee of the Whole meeting of January
6, 2014 be adjourned.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
The Mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m
