1. Meeting Called To Order in Open Session
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order in Open Session.
On motion of Deputy Mayor Rinehart
Seconded by Councillor McAlary
RESOLVED that the Committee of the Whole meeting be convened in open
session.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
2. Discussion of Land Matter 10.2(4)(d) Council Workshop Session: Zone SJ
Staff presented the Zone SJ workshop, which comprised a large -scale update of the Zoning By-
Law.
T. MacDougal, IPS Consulting Inc. discussed the unique challenges industrial zoning presents
and the value of Zone SJ to provide land use certainty to encourage appropriate growth
according to the zoning requirements.
On motion of Councillor McAlary
Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that submitted Report, entitled, Zone SJ be received and filed.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

Seconded by Councillor MacKenzie
RESOLVED that the meeting be adjourned.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
The Mayor declared the meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
